What is Phone Dialer?

Phone Dialer is a little address database that can also dial numbers by your modem or by "simulating" tones from a telephone with your soundcard. You can test, if your telephone works with Phone Dialer by holding the receiver close to a speaker and clicking here (it will dial "123").

If you use your modem to dial, it must be plugged into the same socket as your telephone.

System requirements

You need not much to run Phone Dialer:

Windows 95 or NT 4
Windows compatible soundcard (or modem) to dial

Features

prefix can be specified (for telephone systems)
several "phone books" possible
providers can be specified (and when you would use them)
